Note: When returning a vehicle you must ensure that the following are surrended to the collection agent or to the collection agency if applicable:- The collection driver will check over the vehicle and record it's condition and mileage on a Vehicle Condition Form. You will be asked to check and sign this, therefore it is important that the information is correct. You will be left a copy for your records. All service books and MOT's Full set of vehicle keys, including any masters. Vehicle V5 Document (if applicable) Tax Disc If your vehicle carries a cherised plate it is your resposibility to ensure that this plate is re-registered and a replacement plate is issued to the vehicle prior to the contract end and vehicle collection. If the vehicle is being returned prior to the end of contract date a settlement charge will apply.
